Tracy Morgan may share a name with a famous comedian, but there’s nothing funny about her

management and communication skills! Tracy is a dedicated property manager whose perseverance and positivity produces excellent results. She communicates effectively, has strong customer service skills, is very organized and detail oriented. She works hard to thoroughly understand her tenants, and landlord’s needs. Her goal is to maintain positive relationships with both tenants and landlords.


Before becoming a property manager, Tracy was a REALTOR®, she continues to maintain an active real estate license, and attends continuing education classes regularly. Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management. She managed an office for many years, which taught her a great deal about the value of quality management, organization, and attention to detail. Her time in this position uniquely prepared her to be a manager who advocates for her clients. When working with clients, Tracy builds personal connections, and strives to provide an outstanding organizational acumen.
