Natalie Remigio serves as General Manager and Broker of Record for American Heritage Property Management (AHPM), bringing more than 15 years of experience in property management and real estate to her role.
Natalie joined AHPM in 2011 in the York, PA office as a Property Manager and quickly grew within the organization, later serving as Regional Property Manager before becoming General Manager and Broker of Record. Throughout her career with AHPM, she has gained extensive experience in property management, accounting, maintenance, customer relations, leasing, and real estate operations.
As General Manager, Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of AHPM and works closely with the property management team, property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure the company continues to provide responsive, consistent, and high-quality service. She is actively involved in developing processes, supporting and mentoring the team, and finding ways to improve the overall client and tenant experience.
Natalie’s years of hands-on experience in the property management industry have given her a unique understanding of the many moving parts involved in managing rental properties and the importance of building strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Natalie holds a degree in Computerized Accounting from York Technical Institute in York, PA, and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record.
Penny Falcon works as a Property Manager in the Lancaster office of American Heritage. Penny joined AHPM in 2002 and has been providing exceptional services to the investors of Lancaster County since. Penny has developed a substantial portfolio of clients throughout the region and enjoys the diversity that Lancaster County offers.
Prior to joining AHPM, Penny was employed as a Quality Control Technician at Bulova Technologies from 1982 to 2002. After 20 years of continuous service, Penny decided to pursue a career in real estate. Her career began in 2000 when she worked as a Listing and Sales Agent, Rental Consultant, and Property Manager.
Penny earned a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
Andrea Grissinger is a Property Manager with the Lancaster office of American Heritage Property Management, focused on growing and maintaining a successful portfolio for her clients. Since joining AHPM in 2022, Andrea has leveraged her extensive background in customer service and team leadership to provide excellent support to property owners and tenants.
Prior to joining AHPM, she spent six years as a licensed team member in an insurance office and thirteen years as a retail manager, gaining valuable experience in communication, organization, and client relations. Andrea also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License, combining her market knowledge with hands-on management expertise to deliver reliable and professional service.
Shelly Weidinger works as the Accounting Manager at the Lancaster office of American Heritage and has been employed by the Company since 2008. In this capacity, she oversees the AHPM accounting department's operations and ensures that account management records are recorded correctly.
Before joining AHPM, Shelly spent nine years working for two of our parent company's subsidiaries, Homesale Mortgage, LLC and Homesale Settlement Services. While in these roles, Shelly served in an accounting capacity.
