My experience with American Heritage PM was the best thing happened to me once I moved with my husband in the US. People working there were always very helpful, friendly, responsive and made everything in their power to facilitate our staying. I have no complaint and I would definitely suggest their services to my friends simply because they are the best! I wish only there was an American Heritage PM office in every city. My wife and I recently moved into a single family house that American Heritage manages. After being in the house a week we identified a number of small but important house maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted the property manager first by phone and then gave him greater detail by email. The manager, Joe, gave us a date and time when to expect the maintenance person which was within two days of the first phone call. In addition the maintenance man called to confirm the issues so he would be prepared. Upon meeting the maintenance man we found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. All issues were fixed quickly and cleanly. Our dealings with American Heritage to be positive.

I have been renting through this company for the past 3 years. I have had no problems with communication and as far as the the maintenance dept. goes, they seem to be on the ball. As with any vendor (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical etc) It is rare to be able to get someone to your home within the hour !! Patience is a virtue. I had a few issues with my home and within 3 days I had them fixed and done correctly. I had also recently lost my job and they worked with me with my rent payments until I got back to work. I was not able to get an appointment with my Property Manager for about a week to be able to really talk to him, which is typical for this type of business. He was busy doing his job, and I am not the only tenant. I would recommend this company over any Property Management Co that I have dealt with in Lancaster County.

Hello, my name is Tim R. I rent from American Heritage Property Management in Elizabethtown Pennsylvania. I was given this email address from your Elizabethtown office. I just wanted to inform you how happy I am to be renting from such a fine and reputable company. Unlike most rental companies, these people actually care and show genuine concern and sincerity for your needs. I recently had two repairs done in the home buy some of their subcontractors by the name of Randy S., who did the front door repair, and Chet, who did the water Plumbing work in my kitchen. American Heritage has obviously hired some very fine subcontractors. These guys were not only the best at what they do, but they’re also extremely personable and you feel very comfortable with them in your home. It is actually a fun experience to have a conversation with both of these gentlemen while they’re working. I very much enjoy where I live and the location is phenomenal. The ladies in the office are always extremely personable every month when I go in to pay rent and they get back to me promptly when I have a need. I will wrap this up by saying thank you for all the wonderful service and for allowing me to continue to be a tenant here. I have lived all over this world when I was in the service and I have never dealt with a finer company anywhere. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due and wanted to acknowledge them as being the best in their trade. Thank you very much for your time in reading this and happy holidays to all. I have been renting from American Heritage for almost two years. Everything has been great. I saw the apartment twice before signing my lease. They made sure carpet was cleaned and painted. My property manager is Frank Doman. Really nice guy. I am looking to move now because I need a bigger place. I would love to be able to find a bigger place with them. Would recommend them to all my friends.
