Tashia Turner works as a Property Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland office of American Heritage. Tashia joined the Company in 2015 to provide excellent property management services to the investors of the Baltimore Metro area. Tashia ensures that the properties are rented quickly to highly qualified tenants to maximize her investor’s profitability. In addition to property management, Tashia also works as a real estate listing and sales agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Homesale Realty.

Tashia is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in hospitality management and sales. Prior to joining American Heritage, she was employed by a homeowner and condominium association firm that serviced the Baltimore Metro area.

Tashia holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, Florida, and is a licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the property management services I received from Tashia Turner. Ms. Turner helped my wife and I rent our property in Lutherville, Maryland in 2017 and 2018.

We were thrust into the position of renting our house when I was selected for a position with the Department of State in London. Prior, I had never rented a property and had no experience in the business. Ms. Turner was a patient and stout advocate in helping us navigate the rental process and securing a lease that was in our family’s interest. She led us through the rental process and worked with us to obtain the necessary safety upgrades and licenses.

Through the listing and subsequent occupancy, I never doubted that she was a dedicated representative. She excelled at identifying reasonably-priced contractors and fixing problems quickly. Furthermore, Ms. Turner always presents herself as professional, kind, and positive. I never saw her have an “off” minute let alone a bad day. The only challenge that we sometimes encountered was that she seemed to be very busy. She seemed to manage competing priorities very well but could have used an extra set of hands from time-to-time.

Additionally, after we decided to sell our house, Ms. Turner has still been on our side even though she has had no incentive to help. Four days after our tenant’s lease expired, our house suffered significant damage from a storm: Ms. Turner worked with our realtor to coordinate the initial inspections and repairs. If I had to rent a property in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Ms. Turner.
