AHPM is the largest scattered site property management company in Central Pennsylvania managing in excess of 3,000 residential units. We have eight strategically located office locations throughout Central Pennsylvania and Maryland in Baltimore (MD), Camp Hill, Elizabethtown, Ephrata, Lancaster, Lebanon, West Lawn and York. We employ 16 full-time, licensed property managers, a full service maintenance team and a knowledgeable account management staff that allow us to accommodate your property management needs, service your property and answer any questions you may have. AHPM will work tirelessly to ensure that you are receiving more freedom, more peace of mind and more cash flow.

Richard Gottshall is the President and CEO of American Heritage. Richard was one of the founding members of the firm in 1981, and has been responsible for a great deal of the organizations growth throughout the years. Richard oversees and coordinates the day to day operations of our seven AHPM offices. He develops and implements the strategic vision of the organization, and oversees the development of each of the 25 employees currently working for AHPM.

Joy Sharpe is the Vice President of Operations for American Heritage; she oversees the accounting department, and day to day operations of the organization. Joy joined AHPM in 2008 and diligently monitors and carries out many of the companies programs and initiatives.
