Meghan Fluharty serves as a Property Manager in the AHPM Elizabethtown office. Meghan joined the Company in 2016 to provide property management services to investors all throughout Elizabethtown and surrounding areas. Meghan works to insure that properties in her portfolio are rented quickly to well qualified residents.


Prior to joining American Heritage, Meghan worked in a variety of real estate related fields. Since 2013, Meghan has been a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent specializing in rental property management. Meghan has been successful in expanding her client base through the formulation of effective marketing and management strategies.


Meghan holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg, PA. Meghan is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA.

Lindsey Mayer serves as Leasing Consultant for the Elizabethtown office. Lindsey joined AHPM in 2015. Lindsey provides direct support to the Camp Hill office through the leasing process from introduction to actual rental occupancy. Lindsey serves as a representative of the Camp Hill office for potential residents with the goal of maximizing occupancy and overall profitability.

Prior to joining American Heritage, Lindsey was a realtor for Berkshire Hathaway, formerly known as Prudential Homesale Services Group, Lebanon office. Lindsey has experience with New Development, Residential Sales and Rentals. Prior to that, Lindsey worked in the Behavioral Health field for Philhaven as a Therapeutic Support Staff for 3 years.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from West Chester University, West Chester, PA. Lindsey is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent.
