Heather Saylor works as a Property Manager in the York office of American Heritage. Heather joined the Company in 2015 in an effort to meet the property management needs of investors in York County. Heather is a member of The Patton Saylor Team, working with Monique Patton.
Prior to joining AHPM, Heather spent six years as a Vice President for a York County based property management company. Heather was responsible for setting company and employee goals and standard operating procedures as well as overseeing the leasing, maintenance, rent collection department, all new and current client/tenant meetings and account set ups. Heather has 20 years of experience in the sales industry.
Heather has successfully completed property management courses through RAYAC, and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate professional.
Julissa Candelaria works as an Administrative Assistant for our York office. Julissa joined AHPM in 2016 to provide various administrative support services to the York office staff team.
Julissa has over ten years of experience providing administrative support for area businesses. Julissa holds an Associate’s Degree from the Bible Theology Institute, and has earned her Tax Professional Certification. Julissa has also completed real estate coursework in an effort to obtain her Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
Millie Andrews is the Operations Manager for the AHPM York office. In her current role Millie works to oversee the day to day operations of the York office through a variety of services including but not limited to: customer service, client relations, and planning. Millie routinely evaluates the procedures of the office to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest level of property management services.
Prior to joining AHPM in 2013, Millie worked as an Office Manager for a local company for 17 years, and then as a receptionist at a real estate company for 3 years.
Monique Patton works as a Property Manager in the York office of American Heritage. Monique joined the Company in 2015 working to enhance the investment portfolios of each of her investors. Monique Patton is a member of The Patton Saylor Team, working with Heather Saylor.
Prior to joining AHPM, Monique worked for four years as Controller and Human Resource Manager for a York County based property management company. Monique was responsible for all daily operations and management of the organization. Monique was successful in developing a new process and procedural method to enhance productivity and increase customer satisfaction. Monique previously worked as an Accounting Manager for seventeen years for a Maryland based office supply and distribution company serving the Central PA and Baltimore, MD areas.
Monique holds certifications from Dun and Brad Street in Accounting Executive, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Risk Management and Credit Management. Monique has successfully completed numerous classes and seminars on Management and Customer Service.
Monique holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
Natalie Remigio is a Property Manager in the York office of American Heritage, and has been serving in this capacity since 2011. Natalie manages a large portfolio of properties encompassing a wide range of units throughout York County.
Prior to joining AHPM, Natalie worked as a Property Manager in the York, Pennsylvania area for 13 years. Through her past work experience she has gained valuable expertise in the accounting, maintenance, customer relations and real estate industries.
Natalie holds a degree in Computerized Accounting from York Technical Institute in York, PA. Natalie earned her Pennsylvania Real Estate license. She is currently enrolled in selected coursework to complete her broker’s license.
Teresa Gurreri serves as a Property Manager for the York office of American Heritage. Since joining AHPM in 2015, Teresa has been managing investment properties and showing vacant units to potential renters all throughout the York area. Teresa is actively attempting to expand her management network and welcomes new portfolio growth.
Teresa has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus in property management. Teresa’s prior experience included employment in the training and development division of Harley-Davidson. Teresa was also employed by Osborne Boat Sales (Mariners’ Choice Marine) which provided her with office management experience in accounting, payroll and customer service. In addition, she worked as an Assistant to Systems Analyst, supporting the computer department of the I. H. Hershner Company.
Teresa holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in Business Management from York College of Pennsylvania, and is a Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensee.
